The Greenfield Parkway low-pressure sewer system has significant known deficiencies, including improper valve types, missing caps, deteriorated valves, missing thrust blocks, unusual piping, and possible leakage near valves. Staff recommends retaining a consultant to complete a full evaluation and develop recommendations for immediate temporary repairs and long-term reconstruction.
