28:14In accordance with RSA 36-A, the Bedford Conservation Commission will hear comments on the expenditure of up to $575,000 from the Conservation Fund for the purchase of approximately 70.2 acres of undeveloped land owned by Kathryn M. Acorn, located off New Boston Road, Bedford, Tax Map 2, Lots 7 and 28, and the purchase of an access easement including all rights and responsibilities, from Rebecca G. Acorn located off New Boston Road, Bedford, Tax Map 2, Lot 13. The Commission will also authorize the use of the Conservation Fund for the completion of investigations and studies associated with the land purchase including but not limited to survey, environmental reports, title review, and easement plan and deed recordings.
