Review of a request for a NHDES dredge and fill wetland permit to replace the Greenfield Parkway Bridge over Riddle Brook in Bedford, resulting in the following: 1) permanent impacts to 2,180 square feet of emergent wetland; 1,877 square feet and 119 linear feet of the stream channel; and 136 linear feet of stream bank and 2) temporary impacts to 1,222 square feet of emergent wetland; 85 square feet and 8 linear feet of the stream channel and 16 linear feet of the stream bank
