Review of a request for a major wetland impact permit from NH DES and a variance from Article IV Section 275- 27A. to permanently fill 108 square feet and temporarily fill 9 square feet of forested wetland and permanently fill 12,014 square feet and temporarily fill 578 square feet of emergent wetland for the construction of a Track and Field Athletic Complex.
